Support for hotel telephony infrastructure includes hosting for as many as a thousand analog ports, the use of a message waiting indicator (MWI) for analog lines, wake-up calls set by staff or guests, and session-initiation protocol (SIP) phones with auto provisioning for hotel administration.
Exclusive features for the premium package include inbound call-center-management reporting, outbound campaign software with scripting, database and customer relationship management (CRM) integration for Screen Pops, and call recording storage and playback. The package also provides Asterisk features, including public address (PA) and zone PA support and input/output support for peripheral devices through use of a dial plan.
The system also provides a built-in room status system, mini-bar management, a call-accounting software package with programmable rate tables, and Fring for Android and iPhone integration. The user can open phone lines and a voicemail box upon check-in and close the phone lines and purge the voice messages upon check-out.
